High quality trijicon acog to replace the C79 Elcan!

UPDATES;
- Better shaders
- Fixed the zoom issues
- Added a world model

Uses the default C79 reticule, highly recommend iLags acog reticule found here as it is the correct one used with this model of Acog!

Great model with good attention to detail, same for the textures
Only issue I got is that you made the fibre-optics glow, which is not realistic at night.
