@HEN Rwandan machetes have been used for a very long time for things in everyday life. They are not just for genocide. The SS isn't either. They were a military force that commited horrendous crimes. The MP40 was not used for genocide, but was used for fighting.

On closer inspection, it's not Flecktarn, but Dot 44 Erbsenmuster Tarnung; a developmental step on the way to modern Flecktarn camouflage. The Waffen SS were issued it, but it was never referred to as "SS-Pattern", as the organization had experimented with many other patterns as well.

Bit worrying that SS camo is bigged up hear, after all of their warcrimes.... dont see any Rowanda style machetes... SS were not people a sane person would like to affiliate themselves too, or so i thought...

Just an FYI, the camo pattern here is called Flecktarn, not SS-pattern. It's still in use by the Bundeswehr (German military) today.
