Fix Alyx missing voices in episode 1

Description
After multiple games of episode 1 I noted that some alyx speeches had no sound at all. You could see the subtitles but could not hear any sound. It was very annoying and it's mainly noticeable in the chapter "lowlife" (see pictures as examples).
I don't think I am the only one annoyed by this bug which has lasted too long. This mod that I have made resolves the problem at last. It just modifies some lines in alyx npc related scripts.

IMPORTANT!
Since last update of the mod you don't have to disable it in order to play episode 2 . So you can freely subscribe to the mod without anything else to do !

Yes it should be compatible with 'restored response' as the two mods modify different files.

There's more about this bug: it appears that Alyx doesn't speak because of the darkness. Her other voice lines can be just interrupted after you turn off the flashlight. Then when she gets silent, her mouth moves weird as if she's saying something, and you can hear the sound of breathing. Probably that breathing sound when Alyx is in the darkness can interrupt her voice lines. I think we should report this bug to Valve.

It should works with different languages as it only modifies scripts related to alyx.

In truth the fix I have made use the same method as the advisor barn fix mod but strangely no one as ever made a mod to fix the missing sounds bug of episode 1

In case you want to test if the mod works, an easy method is to launch episode 1 with the mod disable then enable. Start 'lowlife chapter' and try to trigger the same alyx dialogues as shown in the pictures I have posted.
