Description
The Tethered Sapper,
Custom Animations,
Team Colored.
New Kill Feed Icons (One for the main device that is
being sap and one for the other devices nearby or effected by the main
device).

Stats suggestion:
Will sap all devices that belong
to the same engineer
(Or, Will sap all the devices that
are nearby the sapped device),
-50% sap rate,
-50% sapper a health (Destroy in one hit).
