Increase Splitting Usage & Remove Artifact Analysis Limit

Description
Change the usage times of "Astral Splitting" from 4 to 42; Cooling time from 10 years to 1.
Remove the limit of the usage of "Artifact Analysis", now you can gacha as much as you want.
The 256 Specimen Slots mod is also recommended (not necessary).
