Immersive Warrens Backgrounds

This mod contains edits to the Warrens area to make it more interesting and immersive.

Here's a list of what this mod provides:
• Gives the Swine Prince & Formless Flesh their own unique boss backgrounds. If you have mods that change the stats of vanilla bosses (info file), then refer to the compatibility section for patches.
• 117 hallway backgrounds.
• 9 end of hallway door backgrounds.
• 2 new room backgrounds.
• Edited vanilla and some modder's backgrounds, credits at the end.
• Edited corridor background. Made darker and the orange more vibrant.
• Edited corridor foreground. Added rot essence smoke/fog.
• Edit mid-corridor background.
• Edited end of hallway background.
• Edited the color filter of the Warrens. There is no longer an orange filter on the highest torch level, but it appears and applies more strongly at low torch levels.
• Edited loading screens to match the new color scheme.
• Minor edits to curios found in the Warrens.


Version 1.1:
• Swine Prince Boss background has been added. The compatibility patches will be updated shortly.
• 4 new end of hallway door backgrounds.
• 5 new hallway backgrounds.
• Improved 8 of the current hallway backgrounds. Mostly improved visibility and lighting of things hard to see.

Upcoming Plans:
I'm done with The Warrens for now. Here's a list of things I want to work on now.
1. The Weald.
2a. Remaster The Ruins. There are several minor bugs that need fixing, some things that need improving but I was too desperate to move on to the next area, and leftover ideas that I never implemented.
2b. Remaster the Crimson Court. Mostly I want to see if I can improve the boss backgrounds; I was never satisfied with them. Also, I want to fix some lighting in the hallway backgrounds.
3. Town War with Brigand Vvulf. I want some hallway backgrounds with more visible results from a deadly invasion, more smoke, and a boss background for Vvulf.
4. Darkest Dungeon 1, 2, and 3.
5. Bundle everything together into a single mod, same with the compatibility patches.


- Their hallway variations have already been integrated with the new color scheme. If you want to use this mod for the hallways of other areas, then place this mod below mine.

- Two of their backgrounds have been edited to match the new color scheme. Their other two room backgrounds fit fine without edits. Place this mod below mine if you want my edits to apply.

- Their hallways have already been integrated. Place this mod below mine if you want to use it for the hallways of other areas.

- Edited one of their backgrounds to add light sources. Their other backgrounds match new scheme without the need of edits. Place below my mod if you want my edits to apply.

- Despite being an enemy mod, this mod contains 3 Warrens room backgrounds. Edited one of their backgrounds. Their other two backgrounds didn't need any edits. Place their mod below mine for my edits to apply and for their other two room backgrounds.
