Surete du Quebec Uniform

Description
For my Quebec friends: actual uniform of the Surete du Quebec to be used with my SQ car pack.

Note: I am not able to upload the pants I have created a livery for. I believe it is an issue on Astragon's end. Until resolved you can use either the black highway cop pants or the black jeans. Both look good.
