It’s probably the latest version of Excel. The reason I made the main screen like this is because I needed to sneak in some Project Zomboid during work, so I designed it this way.

(The messaging app KakaoTalk, which is popular in Korea, also has a similar theme.)
I made it roughly since I was in a hurry, but I plan to refine it later, maybe tomorrow or this weekend. Thank you for your comment!

I'm assuming based on the image, it's modern Excel, not Windows 3.11 Excel?
