Wow, I did not think of that as a clue in your map... ingenious!
At first I was like "WTF" when I first seen it up to when I was exiting never knowing why it was there or if it did something!
I also included a clue the white square with a laser field on it behind glass just before entering the chessboard room about the danger :P
Jumping from 1 black checkerspot to the next 1 was frustration to avoid the laser field but it was something different for me when moving back and forth. A few notes: The player can stand on the laser field prop bump out from the wall.
You should list in your desciption the Beemod needed to play this map, and list the link. The reason is you're using the (High energy pellet emitter) and a few things could happen, 1. It might show up as and error in-game for the player if they don't have the mod install making it unbeatable.
2. The player tries to play your map but says mod needed but they don't know where to find the mod.
Map/tests overall wasn't bad to solve after figuring out the Chess layout!
