thats part of the model rig sadly :(
the models are ported from the game and from the game ported to SFM...

some of the bones are messed up in the leg. Was that part of the models rig or is that an issue I should bring up in full?

You welcome! If they keep giving Mt Lady new outfits in the game ill make sure to upload this collection to bring them!

I already have Momo, Midoriya and Iida ported i want to port next Mirio and Toga for the moment!
