Description
This facility has operated 12 0 years since a Halloween related incident

Welcome to Fouldry
In order to get away from paying off debts to the Japanese Mafia, Merasmus fled to the well know industrial complex in attempts to hide, it went as well as you expect.
As a last ditch effort to get them off his back, Merasmus casted a spell that would have unleashed "Hell on Earth" but instead it unleashed "Hell within approximately 500 acres from where you are standing, on Earth", trapping him and a handful of mercenaries within the now burning property.
While he wait for the spell to naturally end in about a month from when it was casted, Merasmus decides to mess with the mercenaries for the sake of passing time and to satisfy his years long grudge against a certain former roommate that happened to be present, oblivious to the fact that everyone that is still alive doesn't care or acknowledges his efforts to make their lives miserable.

What is present within this map?

Spells
Located in each spawn room is one (1) spell book, this can be utilized to decrease the chances of being spawn camped by the enemy or gain the advantage against the opposing team.
Although rumor has it that a more powerful spell book is located elsewhere.

More Spells
Whenever the middle or second control points are captured, Merasmus will deploy a random spell from a specific set that will affect any living thing within the foundry. As usual, each spell ranges from beneficial to detrimental. When this happens all points will lock until the spell has been casted, however spells will stop being casted if the timer reaches 25 seconds remaining

Monoculus and Hell
When the timer reaches ten minutes remaining Monoculus will spawn on the middle control point, the portals it (and one of the spells casted after capturing a point) creates will lead to Hell where players can find more spell books not bound to any spawn room and escape to recieve the usual perks for successfully escaping. Depending on how many control points a team has captured alters where the player teleports out of Hell, for example, if Red has the center control point captured, Red players escape near the middle control point while Blu player escape at the second Blu control point. Monoculus will also spawn again when there is three minutes remaining.

A Strict Work Schedule
Unlike regular Foundry (or rather symmetrical control point maps in general), Fouldry features a fifteen minute timer that will not have time added when a point is captured, in order to prevent the "endless tug-of-war" that is usually experienced.

Now you might be asking, "But what if time runs out, will that just cause a stalemate and prolong being on this map?" well in that case...

Anti-stalemate Measures*
If time does runs out and either team fails to capture the final control point, all players are teleported into their respective teams' building connecting to mid, with the center control point being set to neutral. Suddenly switches to Arena styled gameplay where players that die turn into ghosts and, like Arena, have 60 seconds to capture the control point or kill all of the enemy team to win.

*Notice: you are still able to stalemate the round if either team fails (or refuses) to capture the point or if the last players on both teams die simultaneously.

@Foxeric It’s random

its an ok looking map and is fun to play on. I think time should be added between 7 to 10 minute's tho and the underworld is alright. But you should put a screen shot of it in the workshop page:spycon:

When does monoculus spawn? Every ish minutes, every cap, every something or does it seem random?
HEAVEN AND HELLO 7 Sep @ 11:20pm
@Foxeric The map has an underworld. Because the map also has monoculus, and when he teleports, he makes a portal, and it takes us to the underworld. I've playtested the map and found this out. The creator just didn't put pictures of the underworld for some reason.

Map looks cool and a new 5CP map would be nice to have, but I have problems with only 5 minutes of playing. This is shorter than some rounds on a King of the Hill map. This is not suited for a 5CP map i think. I´d increase the timer to 20 minutes, playtest it with that and then maybe adjust it to 15 or 25 minutes. Whenever I am queueing for 5CP I expect to have a game longer than 10 minutes or a complete stomp, because of TF2´s unbalanced dumb matchmaking, but not I don´t expect a round that ends after 5 minutes regularly.

Anyway, the idea with an Arena battle at the end is nice and I´d like to see it ingame.

Also, where is the portal on one of the pictures leading to? Is there an underworld? If yes, why are there no pictures of it or am I just blind?

@Katsu! :3 to be fair, it quite unique addition to Halloween reskin(Not to say that Halloween 5CP maps are rarity in game) and solution of really high stalemate rate on this map. I'm not impressed tho to actually vote pro that map because of really weak artpass and mundane starter pack of event map, but still return of Sudden Death mode is interesting concept.

I love Foundry, but I'm left pretty disappointed that the gameplay I enjoy from it (the long matches) is basically gutted from it in favour of some halloween gimmick. I wish I could enjoy the artpass without playing a random bout of arena mode in the middle of it.
