mechanical tachometer and engine

A mechanical tachometer already conected to a inline 3, it uses a few NM of the engine
using a higher gear reduction (currently reduced by 243) will make it use less engine torque but it gets slower and less accurate.

To tune it to your engine:
1. connect your engene to the input axel
2. rev it to max rpm
3. look at the rpm of the last pulley(1.5x)
4. set the "engaged at" slider of the centrifugal clutch to that rpm (right click the number to enter a lower value)
5. change the max torque of the centrifugal clutch so that the needle stops at the red line.
