Modular Bubble Shield Rebalance

Description
This is a rebalance from [Beta] Modular+++ Shields v0.62b mod and therefore requires that mod to work.

Changes Summary
I made a lot of changes from the original mod. You can read the changes in the changelog. To sum it up:
  • COMPLETELY REMADE BUBBLE SHIELDS (read below).
  • Removed vanilla shields and replaced them with the new shields.
  • Added Emmiter Effects, Sound, and some minor changes.
  • Modified all parts names, titles, descriptions.
  • Modified some graphic and sound effects to match the newest vanilla effects.
  • Added stats to the toggles.
  • Modified tech.
  • Modified distances and arcs to be more balanced, specially removed the 200º arc, and the ridiculous bubble sizes, and rebalanced the line shapes.
  • Modified Large shields to match Vainilla's large shields.
  • Added Model-B ship as a starter ship for career mode.
  • Added a Spanish translation.
Bubble Shields
  • Small Bubble shield has 4 segments each with 5000 HP and 8.33 penetration resistance.
  • Large Bubble shield has 6 segments each with 10000 HP and 16.66 penetration resistance.
  • Tiny Shield Generator can be placed adjacent to a bubble shield, increasing the penetration resistance by 8.33 and adding a 5000 HP global bonus that is shared across all segments.
The idea of a segmented shield is for balance. Normally, you can use focus fire toward a ship, ignoring most of their shields to attack a specific point. With original bubble shields, that was impossible, making them too resilient against concentrated fire. Now they have segments, which allows that tactic to be used against bubble shields. The Tiny Shield Generators can be used to provide extra health to help you against focused fire, allowing you to build a modular shield.
When I said "5000 HP global bonus that is shared across all segments" it means that for example if you have a small bubble shield with a tiny shield attached, a single segment can take up to 5000 (base) + 5000 (bonus) = 10000 HP. If two segments are being attack, they can't take each 5000 (base) + 5000 (bonus) = 10000 damage, instead, the sum of both segments can take up to 5000 (base 1º) + 5000 (base 2º) + 5000 (bonus) HP = 15000 damage, and none of the segments can exceed 5000 (base) + 5000 (bonus) = 10000 damage.

Things to do
  • Make Bubble Shields increase their range when combined with Tiny Shields. This would be easier when they make Radius buffable.
  • Make Tiny Shields have EmitterEffect. Currently, I tried but it doesn't seem to work, quite weird...
  • Make Large Bubble Shield being obstructed by tall structures. Currently impossible but Walt will add in the future the required parameter.
  • Make Tiny Shields change their color and visibility when adjacent to a Bubble Shield with different color and visibility.
  • [Done] Add an icon to the Buff provided by Bubble Shields and Tiny Shields.
  • Make Tiny Bubble Shield don't share energy with Bubble Shield if it is disabled.
  • Reduce this mod's size by referring to the original mod's graphic files instead of cloning the files.
  • Add new ships and stations that use bubble shields for all factions.

This mod is amazing but:
Shield size feels too small for the price of the generators.
My ships where using 1 generator now they would require 20
Segments aren't depleting in the way i'd expect->
Lets say that the 4'th zone is getting hit. Instead of it going off the first one will go off.
I would love to see it in a way that a shield has a changable amout of zones and the radius.
Would finnaly make my dreams of fighting in a way where i rotate my ship to relive my shields of strain etc.
And perhaps (propably just me wanting this) either a changable option for the maximum strenth or just a OP version witch would bring it on pair with SW shield strenth (160k+)

I would prefer to make the Modular Bubble Shields increase its size with each tiny shield attached (they already increase the cost, health and penetration resistance). The problem is that currently, Shield's radius isn't a parameter that can take Buffs. I would love a central Shield that takes immense amounts of Power but you can adjust the Radius giving an increasing debuff to power consunpotion based on distance to the core shield.
So obstruction isnt a problem but crew availability and power consumption,
I cant code but if you find this interesting maybe you can pick it up in your thinks to do.

this seems to make the small bubble shield generator require itself in the blueprint purchase menu
