Adds the Northern Paiute under Truckee

- (UA) Paviotso Confederacy: When in a war with a friend, gain faith when killing enemy units and passively research technology that your friend has.

- (UU) Snake Dog-Soldier: Replaces knight. Gain one when a foreign city converts to your religion. Costs no maintence and gains bonus strength in friendly territory, but is more expensive to produce.

- (UI) Round Dance: Unlocked at Theology. Can not be built adjacent to another Round Dance. Gain +1 faith, culture, and gold for each neighboring food resource.

Should note that the Round Dance icon doesn't show up when you're looking at techs because Theology already has 5 icons on it, but it is there.

EDIT: The AI now builds the Round Dance, yay!!! Also made the mod support for it better so it works for whatever not just More Luxuries (albeit limited in terms of if any food resources that grant gold instead of food are there it won't get those).
