You can play Slender Fortress on community servers running it, in the description I’ve provided a US IP (DISC-FF). Other servers can easily be found by searching for “slender_” maps in the server browser.

Thank you for the comment. The map unfortunately appears to dislike flashlights on most bumpy terrain in DX9, (the street roads will light up, but not the dirt and grass). I'm not exactly sure why this happens when other maps using displacements have no problems, but it probably stems from the map size. Servers that enable mp_flashlight do not have this issue.

I do hear feedback that the storm is too loud, but I'm also aware that the storm does not always reset to the quiet version on a new round (particularly when a storm was active), leading the stormscapes playing far longer than they are intended to be active. I will try and fix this by disabling storms after either team wins to reduce the likelihood of this bug.

Great map. The weather effects are just a bit too loud and the map is a bit too dark. Otherwise this map is near-perfect.

In the description I have listed both a public server you can join (DISC-FF) and instructions on how to launch the map yourself.
