Victoria Teunissen HEV Voicelines

Back in 2023, Vlad Loktionov uploaded lines they were given by Victoria Teunissen, who you may know as the Tram Announcer and the Vox System pre-Resonance Cascade, back in 2012.

There were three edits, so naturally, there are three styles to choose from. The unedited version should play be default.

To change which one plays, go to workshop\content\362890\3215808119 and remove the # in front of the Unedited VPK and put it in front of the one you want to play.

I also highly recommend setting your suitvolume to 1. In case you don't know how, just type "suitvolume 1" into the console (without the quotes).

The only edits I made were de-noising the unedited version so there wasn't as much static when it said a line, as well as including a sound for when you get knocked out in Apprehension.
