Report a translation problem
I've felt like -40 ends up too hard on Alberic, who lacks the (frankly overpowered) campaign mechanics that make Yuan Bo so strong. Given that Yuan Bo both lore-wise and balance-wise has more reason to be penalized, it feels like it could make sense to reduce Alberic's penalty. Just my subjective read, though.
