You should be able to see a button in the top-left part of the military tab which opens the screen with all of the mod's main features. If you do not see the button, then you have incompatible UI mods enabled.
Maybe. But you are also allowed to create your own compatibility patch if you have enough EU4 modding knowledge.
However, it is not compatible with the Idea Variation mod. Idea Variation adds a development feature, dev points, and uses a Develop Provence toggle to allow dev to be funneled into specific provinces via the province gui. When adding Professional Armies, it changes the gui and mixes around the sizes of the gui, removing the toggle for development.
Will there be a patch for this by chance?
