Perks System - Fallout 3/New Vegas Perks

Description
The only reason this took so damn long is because of how unbelievably lazy I am

Fallout 4 Perks may/may not come at some point. I've not yet decided.

What's this?

The third addition to the Perks System, this one contains 31 Perks combined from both Fallout 3 and New Vegas (though most of them exist in both games.)

No limits this time, because Fallout Perks work a little differently.

How do I use them?

In the settings menu under the "Fallout 3/NV Perks" tab you can find all Perks. Pressing one of the icons will place a check mark over the icon, which indicates that the Perk is now active. Pressing it again will remove the check mark and disable the perk. Simple as.

As per usual, all Perks have tool tips explaining what they do

What kind of Perks?

Just the simple ones for now. Most of Fallouts Perks revolve around the SPECIAL system, which is unique to that game. Therefore most Perks are just not reasonable enough to be recreated in GMod.

The majority of the perks revolve around damage and damage reduction, with a few outliers such as the Cannibal and Mysterious Stranger Perks (see video.) Again, mostly because Fallout Perks don't translate well into GMod.

NOTE:

The "Mysterious Stranger NPC" addon is not required, but the model is used for the "Mysterious Stranger" perk. Without it, the Mysterious Stranger will appear as a regular citizen.

Well that sound great if did add that to all (perk) addons like this one that would be epic, not demanding for it to be done rn was just asking at first

are u able to change or restrict how many perks u can have bc I have a server im wanting to implement that into

based on the projectile type of these weapons do you think you can make it count as an energy weapon just to make it hit a little harder

so i just thought of something thats so crazy it may just work diablo 3 passive skills since some of them actually would work well in GMOD such as the barbarians ability ruthless which allows the user to do 40% additional damage when enemy is at less than 30% health or the wizards passives such as Blue, Glass cannon, and other classes

i just tested this out of curiousity when using this the damage buffs do not work i've tried it when using TFA weapons and altered between Half life 2 weapons cowboy and grunt specifically do not work though i can confirm damage to other NPC's such as ones that damage antlions work and toughness also works also demolition expert and pyromaniac 100% works if i might make a suggestion as to how you can fix the weapon boost damage if compiling them together does not work i would suggest seperating them so they can work as specific damage boosters

dude, this is sick man! i love to see how you managed to involve all these perks! if i had a perk suggestion i would recommend adding something like ranger takedown (goated perk) that ragdolls what it hits when you back up and hit, but that seems a bit complicated!

yeah definetly pip-boy vmanip, but on a somewhat related somewhat unrelated side: there was a fallout 4 t-60 playermodel somewhere on the workshop but its gone with no reuploads I could find, any idea what happened?
