Report a translation problem
Extract the VPK via Crowbar, delete the viewmodel in the extracted folder (viewmodel would be in models/v_models)
Then repack it via Crowbar using the Left 4 Dead 2 VPK exe by clicking the "Game that has packer tool" drop down box and selecting Left 4 Dead 2.
Then just put it in your addons.
I personally would rather not have 15 billion different variants of an addon, and instead just tell people how to do what they want, so that they can learn modding too. Also, I can't cater to everyone, sooo.
I dont know, putting medical supplies inside medical supplies, putting toxins on it using spray paint (WHERE THE FUCK THEY CAN EVEN FIND IT, OR FIND A EMPTY MEDKIT), but most importantly, why dont they instead carry them both as its not that much weight, sounds more practical and less stupid.
