The turret is also equipped with a passive laser warning system of the LIRD-4D type, which can timely warn the range-finding laser beam of enemy anti-tank weapons, measure the bearing, and if necessary, automatically or manually throw smoke grenades on both sides of the turret to temporarily cover the body.
