Just wondering (so I know if I should put some ideas here)
Should add a "Peel skin" surgery option (and prisoner type that automatically queues it similar to the existing torture assignment) for individual limbs that causes intense and horrible wounds with a high infection chance that produces usable human leather. With it being limb based you can do it separately on arms, torso, head, etc, and make it not show up on scarred limbs (similar to how you cant harvest damaged organs) so eventually your leather farm dries up and you have to dispose of and replace, or otherwise find a new use for your horribly disgustingly disfigured fallout ghoul of a prisoner.
