Francis Multicam Tactical (Tattoo Version)

Description
It is weird that Francis head still have his tattoo on his neck but not in his arms (due to his head reskin sompatible), so I edit it for some people who doesn't want to...

- Change Francis head and;
- Still want to see his original arms, also his viewmodel.

*Head reskin is still compatible with this.

Ellis also have different tattoos but it doesn't affect on his viewmodel so it's still fine to me.

All credits are still with TOG | K1CHWA I just edited his/her addon.
