Meowscarada's Bombs as Pipe Bomb (Pokemon)

Description
Changes the Pipe Bomb into Meowscarada's Explosive Pollen Bombs when they use the move Flower Trick. Also change the metal clanging sounds and replaces the beeping with Sprigatito's cry.
