Cormyr and the Dalelands UI Override

This is a GUI override themed for the Cormyr and the Dalelands Persistent World (www.cormyrdalelands.com), and derives elements from other GUI overrides including Wes's Reborn UI (https://gtm.you1.cn/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2306430219) and The Amethyst Dragon's CaGUI icons (https://gtm.you1.cn/workshop/filedetails/?id=1570312608). Prior to shifting to NWSync we used to include some of these in hak content, but since NWSync files would take precedence over any user level overrides, we've removed them from core content. This pack is mostly intended for those players that still want to use those, along with a few additions (but should be useable by just about anyone who might want to for whatever reason).

Overall this is a fairly lightweight GUI, that includes recolored icons, a Cormyr theme splash screen, purple/gold buttons, cursor replacements, and some loadscreen overrides.
