Description
Giving mages to the people of Kislev, one step at a time.

MOD OVERVIEW
This mod add new caster hero for Kislev, the gloomist, as well as 1 new building from which they are recruited.

HERO OVERVIEW
A mage with some twists, gloomist is meant to somewhat expand Kislev's lackluster magic options. This hero has the following features:
— Uses Death magic, can partially unlock Dark magic on higher levels.
— Does not have mounts, but can unlock ability to transform into gloombeast to increase mobility and combat capabilities.
— Can reduce enemy leadership with skills and abilities.
— Has personalized skill tree combining both vanilla and custom skills.

OTHER INFO
— Mod is compatible with Variant Selector.
— Gloomists are recruited from T3 custom building and share the same category with Frost Maidens. Because of that, they are affected by Katarin's trait.

KNOWN ISSUES
— Minor clipping
— When transformed, use Reverse Shapeshifting: Gloombeast to return back to human form.

FUTURE PLANS
More custom heroes, not necessarily for Kislev (Since DeadBaron has made shamans with Beasts and Life magic, I am most likely not going to make another custom mages of these 2 lores).

I am not retired from modding, and I will keep on with my work at my own pace. If I manage to find time and volition, I may update my old mods, or maybe repurpose them as custom heroes as well.

Yes, I've heard the story of the Witch of the Wild.
They would adopt a beautiful daughter every once in a while. The Witch of the Wild seemed to have lived a long time and remained old. But those beautiful daughters were nowhere to be found.

I will probably change the things you've mentioned if I have time in the future. I haven't fully checked all the new content, just updated my mods to work with the latest patch.

Will you make it now use the hag's hero caps? Would be more fitting

Also, is a new building needed now? I think it would make more sense to have it be recruited from the new, forest spirits building line

fingers crossed you have time and desire to make hag lords for new DLC so she has a more themed play to her.
