Description
All Occupation & Diplomatic Options for All - confederations excluded

The only difference is that all confederations are excluded definitely which i observed can destabilize gameplay (some confederations are pretty weird).

The mod gives all Occupation and Diplomatic Options to All Factions.
- Diplomatic Options: Client States, Satrapies
- Occupation Options: Colonize, Liberate, Loot, Occupy, Raze, Resettle, Sack, Vassal

Yes, this is an option after the nomadic occupation of the city. Although liberation is included, it does not take effect, indicating that there are restrictions in other files and I cannot find him. If you want to save his content in the nomadic occupation, do not touch his content. Instead, delete the content that other civilizations have chosen to destroy, flatten, or destroy after occupying the city, and they will not be performing the action of destruction, flattening, or destruction.

Destroy, raze to the ground, destroy. These three express one meaning here.

Yes, I am already looking inside of it mate. In 1212 the only faction that is allowed to raze a settlement are step nomads. So to keep it that way do I just need to make certain than in culture_settlement_occupation_options the option: occupation_decision_raze_without_occupy is ONLY listed for att_occupation_decisions_nomadic?

I cannot find this value anywhere with RPFM even in your mod. I can only see how to give faction subcultures the diplomacy option, but not make it so when they conquer a region and subjugate it they will make it their puppet state and not vassal.

Basically
I want to make it so that when a faction conquers and subjugates it becomes their puppet state with no independent diplomacy, but I ONLY want to include this change, not all the other changes/options. I don't want factions who in 1212 aren't allowed to occupy to occupy and the ones who cannot raze I don't want them to be able to raze.

Without using this mod, conquering other countries would be a vassal state with independent diplomacy. Conquering with this mod will turn into a puppet puppet state without independent diplomacy

Any way to make it so that when you subjugate a region after taking it, it will become your client state rather than vassal?
