Shaolin 4132

Suitable for all teams!

A 4132 from Stephen HK at the PlayGM forums[www.playgm.cn].
I used to upload tactics for them back on FM21 and have added a few for this edition of FM. In particular this tactic has amazing attacking and aggressive plays.

Just a reminder, Stephen HK fully deserves the credit and not me. I'm just sharing it for everyone else to use.

Once subscribed to the tactic in the Steam Workshop, go to 'Tactics' in game, press the '+' button, load tactic and select the tactic to load.

Make sure that you the manager, are responsible for opposition instructions and touchline instructions (Staff > Responsibilities > Tactics / Match Day). Otherwise your staff will ruin the tactic during the matches.

In the pre-season you will want to arrange as many friendlies as possible to get the tactic familiar for the team. If you just try to plug and play, it will be hit and miss like any tactic that is not familiar.

Was left to the Assistant Manager to do general and individual for the results added.

However when using it yourself, you can leave General Training to your Assistant but set individual training to the player's role in the tactic. Would also recommend additional focus for any attributes they are weak on for the role.

Players condition now decreases a lot faster to, so it's recommended that regular starters should be given 2-3 days rest after a match.

if your team is in bad form, try and motivate them. Use team meetings, and interactions to increase their morale.

All I did was set the tactic, arrange extra friendlies to get it familiar and then holidayed the rest.
I also left transfers to the staff, and them buying Ben Brereton Díaz seemed to really help.
