Misako from River City Girls. Special thing here is she has some extra inputs like jab2 can turn to a different move by pressing special. And she has a counter. Moves:
Jab 1: Left Jab
Jab 2: Right Cross
Jab 3: Spin Backfist

a really fun character like kyoko. not alot of bad things to say. just that when she does her down smash, she floats in the air before kicking. solid A.
