Report a translation problem
Thanks for reporting, that is indeed a new conflict with Configurable Maps. I will look into adding a compatibility patch for the next update. For now, disabling either Configurable Maps or Biome Transitions should prevent the issue.
Log is posted in Bug Reports.
Please properly report issues in the Bug Reports section. If you don't provide a log file, there is no way for me to know what is causing the problem for you.
Thanks for the suggestion! Implementing it would be quite difficult, but I like the idea, and maybe I will give it a try at some point.
However, and I'm sure you've had this noted before, it is a bit odd to have the transition be so abrupt and either-or, depending solely on adjacency.
It'd be cool if there was a small patch of biomes on the map, within a few tiles of the chosen one. This would be like my native home in Canada (for example), where the southern deciduous forest gradually becomes more and more coniferous, the soil gets more acidic and thinner, and the glacial lakes grow more prominent, with latitude. So you'll still have more boreal forests in the area around Barrie and Muskoka than near Toronto, but not as prominently as in Sudbury.
This would be a big and probably very difficult thing to code, so I understand why its not included. Please don't take this as any kind of criticism, just a nice-to-have.
Thank you, glad you like the mods!
