Side Note Before You Get Busy
There is a lot of the info in this guide. A decent amount has been gathered from my time playing the game, but I did have to draw information from other guides throughout the internet to help format my template & to fill in some of the blanks.
This is a type of disclaimer, so I don't get some soyjak claiming I mugged off his work.
Bobbleheads
S.P.E.C.I.A.L
Strength - Inside the Mass Fusion building, on the head of the metal wall statue five levels above the lobby desk.
Perk: +1 to Strength.

Perception - Inside the Museum of Freedom on a desk next to a broken terminal in the back of the room where the player first meets Preston Garvey.
Perk: +1 to Perception.

Endurance - At the Poseidon Energy building, on the metal desk with a magazine, near a steamer trunk near the central metal catwalk.
Perk: +1 to Endurance.

Charisma - Inside Parsons State Insane Asylum on Jack Cabot's office desk, close to the elevator in the administration area. Might as well grab this whilst doing Jack Cabot's Questline.
Perk: +1 to Charisma.

Intelligence - Inside the Boston Public Library on the computer bank, in the mechanical room, which is in the northwest corner of the library.
Perk: +1 to Intelligence.

Agility - At the Wreck of the FMS Northern Star on the bow of the ship with the wooden platform, near to where you'd kill the gang leader.
Perk: +1 to Agility.

Luck - At Spectacle Island on the 2nd deck of a green tugboat located at the southern end of the island, in a locker shelf near the steamer trunk.
Perk: +1 to Luck.

Combat
Big Guns - Inside Vault 95, in the living quarters area northern-most room, on top of a radio.
Perk: Permanently increase critical damage with Heavy Weapons by 25%.

Energy weapons - Inside the Fort Hagen Command Centre, in the southwest kitchens on a small table between two fridges. (Accessible only during/after the main quest Reunions).
Perk: Permanently increase critical damage with Energy Weapons by 25%.

Small guns - Inside Gunners Plaza on the broadcast desk in the on-air room. (First floor, west side of the building).
Perk: Permanently increase critical damage with ballistic weapons by 25%.

Explosives - Inside Saugus Ironworks near the blast furnace, on the second level catwalk behind Slag's spawn, sitting on top of a control panel attached to the wall to the left of a steamer trunk.
Perk: Permanently increase damage with explosives by 15%.

Melee - At the top of Trinity Tower on a table in the cage where Rex Goodman & Strong are being held.
Perk: Permanently increase critical damage with melee weapons by 25%.

Unarmed - At the Atom Cats Garage, on the hood of the rusty car in the main warehouse.
Perk: Permanently increase critical damage with unarmed strikes by 25%.

Sneak - Inside the Dunwich Borers Quarry on a small metal table by a lantern, right next to the metal post at terminal area #4.
Perk: Permanently makes the player 10% harder to detect.

Others
Barter - At the Longneck Lukowski's Cannery, inside the metal catwalk hut, northwest upper area of the main cannery room.
Perk: Permanently grants 5% better prices when buying and selling.

Lock picking - Inside Pickman Gallery in the last tunnel chamber where one can see the Pickman between brick pillars & a bin fireplace.
Perk: Permanently makes lock picking easier.

Medicine - Inside Vault 81 in Curie's Office (which is inside the Hidden Section of the vault).
Perk: Permanently increase healing from Stimpaks by 10%.

Repair - On the roof of the Corvega Assembly Plant at the very end of the exterior walkways by the large blue balloon, southwest section of the plant on top of a wooden box.
Perk: Permanently increase the duration of fusion cores by 10%.

Science - Inside the Malden Middle School secret Vault 75, on the desk overlooking the subterranean "training" area, within the science labs.
Perk: Permanently gives you an extra guess when hacking terminals.

Speech - Inside the Park Street Station (Vault 114) in the overseer's office, on the desk right next to where you meet Detective Nick Valentine.
Perk: Permanently gives all vendors 100 bottle caps extra when bartering.
Astoundingly Awesome Tales
Astoundingly Awesome Tales is a perk mag, which helps in various ways with combat. There's a total of 14 of these magazines to be found.

(1)Skylanes Flight 1981 - On the restroom toilet below the cockpit.
Perk: Do additional 5% damage against Mirelurks.

(2)Trinity Church - On the Lectern/Podium, by the steamer trunk at the east side of the church interior.
Perk: Do additional 5% damage against Super Mutants.

(3)Outpost Zimonja - On top of the workshop.
Perk: Do additional 5% damage at night.

(4)Hubris Comics - Top floor film studio, in the "Star" restroom (southeast corner of the room), on a table under an irradiated blood pack, near the steamer trunk.
Perk: Do additional 5% more damage with the Alien Blaster.

(5)Railroad HQ - Inside the Railroad HQ (Freedom Trail mission must be completed), on a metal desk just west of the central table.
Perk: Do additional 5% damage with the Cryolator.

(6)Boston Mayoral Shelter - Lower level bedroom, southwest corner, on a small table.
Perk: Regenerate 1 point of health per minute.

(7)Vault 114 - In the living quarter's area, on a container in the blocked corridor, under the "Laundry" sign.
Perk: Gain additional 5 Action Points.

(8)Dunwich Borers - At the bottom of the pit below terminal #3, on a table near the steamer trunk.
Perk: Take 5% less damage from robots.

(9)The Institute - On the triangular table of the outside balcony, accessed via Holdren's quarters, north of atrium. (Note: Will become unattainable if you destroy the institute before grabbing it).
Perk: Your canine companion (Dogmeat) permanently takes 10% less damage.

(10)Pickman Gallery - To the right of the steamer trunk (or on the floor in front) in the last tunnel chamber, where one meets the Pickman.
Perk: Gain additional 5 Poison Resistance.

(11)Coast Guard Pier - In the basement, on the toilet inside the locked cell, by the secured storage room.
Perk: Do additional 5% damage with scoped weapons.

(12)Crater of Atom - Top floor of the central metal shack built into the western rocks.
Perk: Do additional 5% damage against Ghouls.

(13)Sentinel site - In the first main area, at the beginning of the Site, in one of the outer hallway areas under some stairs, it is found on the desk as part of a large row of work terminals on the eastern side of the facility.
Perk: Gain additional 5 Radiation Resistance.

(14)East Boston Preparatory School - On a desk in the computer room (Top floor southeast corner).
Perk: RadAway heals additional 5% radiation damage.
Grognak The Barbarian
Grognak The Barbarian is a perk mag with 10 total issues to be found.
Each magazine provides an additional rank to the Barbarian Perk, which raises the critical damage of unarmed or melee attacks by 5%, this stacks for a total of 50% increase in melee & unarmed critical hits.

(1)Wicked Shipping Fleet Lockup - Southwest end of the main warehouse in the small office, on the desk with a key.

(2)Inside a unmarked house north of Andrew Station - The house is located directly north of Andrew station & has a crashed bus on top of it. The comic book is located on a mattress on the third floor.

(3)Sanctuary Hills - On the kitchen table of your previous residence, prior to the bombs of nuclear apocalypse.

(4)Corvega Assembly Plant - Assembly level (top floor), in the raider metal hut accessed via catwalk bridge, near a steamer trunk.

(5)Vault 81 - In the classroom of Vault 81, the magazine is given as a reward by Katy for completing the quest Short Stories. (Note: Can also be found in Vault 75, in the Overseer's Office).

(6)Boston Common/Swan's Pond - In the gazebo, near the skeleton, close to Park Street Station entrance.

(7)Mass Pike Interchange - On the toilet inside the Gunners camp, by the power armour station.

(8)Back Street Apparel - On a living room table in the ruined upstairs apartment, near the TV and safe.

(9)Hyde Park - In the raider camp on the roof of the buildings south of the main drag, on top of a safe behind a red chair.

(10)Museum of Witchcraft - On the table in the dungeon room (first floor, south wall).
Guns and Bullets
Guns and Bullets is a perk mag, which provides a bonus to ballistic gun damage. There is a total of 10 magazines to be found.
Each magazine provides an additional rank in the Guns and Bullets Perk, which makes ballistic weapons do an additional 5% critical damage. This stacks for a total of 50% extra critical damage.

(1)BADTFL Regional Office - On a desk in the chief’s office, bullpen room in the western part of the building.

(2)Fort Hagen - On the oval table in the kitchen area, top floor southeast area (access is through the parking garage stairs or roof entrance).

(3)Fraternal Post 115 - On the lectern/podium in the stage area, by the American flag & sandbags.

(4)Gunners Plaza - On a centre table in the archive room, south side of the second floor.

(5)Salem - Inside Barney’s bunker, on a metal desk near the lantern & filing cabinet.

(6)Quincy Ruins - Take the ramp through the church to the highest elevated freeway, in the Gunners camp on the upper level, on a desk with a terminal, between the two big-rig trailers.

(7)South Boston Military Checkpoint - Inside the checkpoint, on a metal desk.

(8)Cambridge Police Station - In the locked safe in the station chief’s office. Available only after Brotherhood reinforcements arrive at the station.

(9)The Castle - On the radio operator’s desk, in the middle of the Castle grounds.

(10)Ticonderoga Safehouse - On the desk of the corner office, northwest corner, top floor. Available only after completing the quest Boston After Dark.
U.S. Covert Operations Manual
U.S. Covert Operations Manual is a perk based magazine.
There is a total of 10 mags to find which all provide bonuses to the Covert Operations perk, which is exclusively to do with sneaking.

1)Lexington: The Switchboard (Previous Railroad HQ) - On the desk by the terminal in the executive office above the open office & double stairwell area.

2)USS Constitution - Inside the Ship interior, on a corner table inside the captain's cabin.

3)Federal Ration Stockpile - On the main table in front of the sofa, in Red Tourette's raider base, southeast tunnels exit to Lonely Chapel.

4)Abandoned Shack (Federal Surveillance Centre K-21B) - In the federal surveillance centre, on the light blue metal computer bank near the steamer trunk & terminal.

5)Fort Strong - On the desk of General Brock, southwest corner of the first floor in the armoury.

6)Fort Hagen Command Centre - On the side table of the bedroom & kitchen, just east of the armoury. The room can't be reached until the Reunions quest becomes active.

7)Libertalia - By the red chair & oil lamp on an exposed outlook on the main shanty ship, on the last level before the entrance to the captain's cabin, same level as the white metal cabin.

8)National Guard Training Yard - On a table in the cafeteria of the National Guard barracks, near a cooler (northwest, first floor).

9)Revere Satellite Array - In the shanty hut atop the central satellite support which is without the radar dish.

10)USAF Satellite Station Olivia - Inside the Intel room near the entrance unlocked by terminal or with key, on the desk with the mini nuke.
Massachusetts Surgical Journal
Massachusetts Surgical Journal is a perk based magazine. There is a total of 9 mags to be collected.
Each magazine gains an additional point towards the Massachusetts Surgery Perk, which provides a +2% bonus to limb damage, which stack for a total of 18%.

1)Greenetech Genetics - On the table between the two red sofas & dark carpet, in the long room of the third floor on the north side of the building.

2)Boston Public Library - In the book return terminal (southwest area). Purchase with 50 tokens via the terminal.

3)Cambridge Polymer Labs - On the desk inside the Director’s office, above the reception area.

4)Parsons State Insane Asylum - Inside Lorenzo’s living quarters, at the very bottom floor of the facility.

5)Cabot House - Top floor bedroom in the east side, on the wooden desk.

6)Greater Mass Blood Clinic - In the analyst’s room, on the desk.

7)Med-Tek Research - Located on lowest floor. Entering the room where the Prevent is located, immediately to the right of the large central laboratory table on the corner of a smaller table with a broken terminal.

8)Medford Memorial Hospital - In the filing & storage room, west side balcony above the main lobby, one floor up from the ground.

9)Sandy Coves Convalescent Home - Behind the security door next to the wall of safes, near reception.
Live & Love
Live & Love is a perk magazine, which provides a unique companion-themed perk. There are a total of 9 mags to find. Provides the Live & Love Perk.

1)Faneuil Hall - On the small table to the right. Attic level, just after climbing the main staircase.
Perk: Companions permanently gain 10 points of health.

2)College Square station - On the safe behind the counter, at the station entrance interior, before descending the stairs.
Perk: Companions permanently inflict an additional 5% of damage.

3)WRVR Broadcast Station - On the table near the recording desk & wall computer.
Perk: Companions permanently gain +10 carry weight.

4)Fiddler's Green Trailer Estates - Inside the caravan trailer, east side of the estates.
Perk: Permanently gain an additional 25% EXP from persuading women.

5)Revere Beach Station - On the concrete blocks by the cooking pot & steamer trunk, inside the promenade building, upper floor.
Perk: Permanently gain +1 Luck from alcohol when travelling with a companion.

6)The Third Rail - On top of the toilet, The Third Rail restroom, entrance area.
Perk: Companions permanently gain an additional 5 points in Damage Resistance & Energy Resistance.

7)Bunker Hill - At the top of the monument, next to the lamp on the rusted table.
Perk: Permanently gain an additional 25% EXP from persuading men.

8)Goodneighbour / Hotel Rexford - On the bar counter, just right of the entrance in the lobby.
Perk: Permanently gain an additional 5% EXP while adventuring with a companion.

9)Diamond City Schoolhouse - Inside the schoolhouse bedroom on the ground floor, on a concrete block near the beds.
Perk: Robot companions (Codsworth, ADA, Automatrons) permanently inflict an additional 5% damage.
Wasteland Survival Guide
Wasteland Survival Guide is a perk based magazine which provides a bonus to certain survival traits. There is a total of 9 mags to find, which all provide a specific bonus in the Wasteland Survival Perk.

1)Wreck of the USS Riptide - Inside the ship on a table, under the bridge on the water level.
Perk: Heal +50% more from fruits & vegetables.

2)Crater House - Western side of the crater on the table, lower level of a stilt shack with a lantern & caps stash on a table.
Perk: Permanently take 5% less damage from insects.

3)Egret Tours Marina - On the counter of the diner & coolant recharge station.
Perk: Permanently heal +50% from irradiated packaged food & drink.

4)Lynn Woods - On the sleeping bag, inside the main shack with the steamer trunk.
Perk: Permanently unlocks a new decoration (two types of lawn flamingos) in workshop settlements. (Note: This perk won't show up in the Pip-Boy perk list).

5)Gorski Cabin - In the underground bunker (root cellar found on the floor in the cabin), follow the hallway all the way to the end, by the journal terminal, on a metal desk.
Perk: Diamond City is now permanently marked on your map. (Note: this perk won't up show in the Pip-Boy perk list).

6)Nahant Oceanological Society - On the metal desk with the typewriter, entrance room area on the ground floor. (Note: It is not in the laboratory building).
Perk: Permanently gain a 10% discount from food & drink vendors.

7)Old Gullet Sinkhole - On a concrete block inside the sinkhole, by the cooking pot station.
Perk: Permanently swim 25% faster.

8)Ranger Cabin - On the sideboard table in the cabin.
Perk: Permanently take 5% less damage from melee attacks.

9)Sunshine Tidings Co-op - In the locked cabin near the silos, on the floor near a mattress & steamer trunk.
Perk: Permanently collect more meat from animal kills.
Tales of a Junktown Jerky Vendor
Tales of a Junktown Jerky Vendor is a perk based magazine.
There is a total of 8 mags to find which provides an additional level to the Junktown Vendor Perk which have the effect of decreasing vendor prices by 3% (Stacks for a total of 24%).

1)Big John's Salvage - On the small table with the lantern, inside the caravan perched atop the containers, adjacent to the steamer trunk.

2)Four Leaf Clover Fishpacking Plant - Basement locker room on the bench, in the western side of the plant.

3)Super Duper Mart - On the metal wire magazine stand, on the northwest wall in the main room, just right of the Milton General Hospital poster & next to the chem dispensary.

4)Longneck Lukowski's Cannery - Inside the metal catwalk hut, northwest upper area of the main cannery room with the Bobblehead.

5)Mystic Pines - On the sideboard table by the TV, inside the building just north of the main entrance.

6)Gwinnett Brewery - Inside the building, on a desk next to a terminal, in an office on the upper level, along the northwest wall. Climb the pipes & catwalks to reach the office.

7)Walden Pond - On the barrel with the lantern on it, inside the pipe tunnel interior cave.

8)Wreck of the FMS Northern Star - Upper level mid-deck, on the parasol table.
Tesla Science Magazine
Tesla Science Magazine is a perk based magazine.
There is a total of 9 mags to find. Each magazine provides an additional level to the Tesla Science Perk which makes energy weapons inflict an additional 5% critical damage (stacks for a 45% total).

1)ArcJet Systems - In the CEO's office on the second floor, next to his terminal.

2)General Atomics Factory - In the upper floor office, on a metal desk against the west wall, directly above the entrance lobby.

3)Rocky Cave - In Virgil's laboratory on a broken fridge, just left of his terminal.

4)Mahkra Fishpacking - Lowest floor filleting room, on a small table. Room below the one with the steamer trunk.

5)Mass Fusion building - On the computer bank on the ninth floor, upper offices above the glass floor.

6)Sedgwick Hall - Top floor computer room,on a small table.

7)HalluciGen, Inc. - First floor, in the weaponization research lab, in the northeast corner.

8)Poseidon Energy - On the metal desk with the bobblehead near the steamer trunk, in the central metal catwalk hut.

9)Reeb Marina - On the wooden bench in the kitchen of the warehouse, near the birthday sweetroll.
Unstoppables
Unstoppables is a perk based magazine.
There is a total of 5 mags to find, which each give you an extra level to the Unstoppable Perk, which gives you a 1% chance to avoid all damage from a combat attack. This stacks for a 5% total.

1)Shaw High School - Library office on the lower level, with the steamer trunk.

2)D.B. Technical High School - Basement swimming pool, northwest corner wall on a small round table, above a Fat Man & near the steamer trunk.

3)Westing EstateOn the shack floor, in the shack in the middle of the lake (take the wooden elevated bridge), with the lantern on the wooden floor near the mattress.

4)Suffolk County Charter School - In the library room on the upper floor, by the holotape & steamer trunk.

5)Hubris Comics - On the shop counter, in front of the cheeky monkey & Grognak’s Axe in the display case.
Tumblers Today
Tumblers Today is a perk based magazine which provides the Tumblers Today Perk which in turn gives a bonus to lock-picking, making it easier to find the "Sweet spot". There is a total of 5 mags to find.

1)Easy City Downs - On the side chest by the black sofa, in the commentator’s area, southwest side of the racetrack.

2)Fens Street Sewer - Next to the Holotape on the metal drawers, inside the cell area of the sewers.

3)West Roxbury Station - In the open locker, northern end of the eastern platform (in the maintenance room), next to the wall button.

4)Malden Center - Inside one of the red freight train cars in the raider camp after taking an elevator to the deepest part of this location.

5)Poseiden Energy Turbine 18-F - In the metal control room, northwest corner of the facility, by the steamer trunk on a metal shelf.
Total Hack
Total Hack is a misc based magazine that allows you to hack turrets, spotlights & protectrons.
There is 3 mags to find.

1)Wattz Consumer Electronics - Basement server room, on the terminal desk.

2)The Shamrock Taphouse - Held by the female mannequin standing on the table in the “game” room with the chessboard.

3)Wildwood Cemetery - Under the tree in the centre of the cemetery.
Picket Fences
Picket Fences is a misc magazine which provides additional workbench schematics. There is a total of 5 to find.

1)Beantown Brewery - In the foreman’s concrete wall office, upper walkways of the main vat room near the steamer trunk. Tower Tom is guarding this room.
Provides: The ability to build picket fencing at settlement workshops.

2)Hardware Town - In the upstairs office on the desk with the key, centre of the building, near the steamer trunk.
Provides: The ability to build high tech lights at settlement workshops.

3)Saugus Ironworks - Blast Furnace area, on the catwalk just below the steamer trunk & bobblehead.
Provides: The ability to build new statues at settlement workshops.

4)Combat Zone - On the table, ground level near the bar, in front of the main stage.
Provides: The ability to build potted plants at settlement workshops.

5)Weston Water Treatment Plant - In the metal office overlooking the generator room, before descending to the main treatment chamber.
Provides: The ability to build patio furniture at settlement workshops.
Hot Rodder
Hot Rodder is a misc magazine which grants you the ability to apply a paint scheme to your power armour. There is a total of 3 mags to find.

1)Atom Cats Garage - On the bedside table in Zeke's trailer.
Provides: Shark Paint Scheme.

2)Milton Parking Garage - By a table next to a bed on the top floor.
Provides: Hot Pink Paint Scheme.

3)Robotics Disposal Ground - On the desk inside the building.
Provides: Flame Job Paint Scheme.
Tabboo Tattoos
Tabboo Tattoos is a misc magazine that provides unique tattoos, which can be applied at any facial reconstruction surgeon. There is 5 mags to find.

1)Mass Pike Tunnel - In a locked room, next to Det. Perry's holotape.
Provides: Four leaf clover with wishbone & '13' below it on the character's cheekbone

2)Concord Civic Access - In the scavenger's sleeping area, close to the steamer trunk, the western area near exit stairs.
Provides: Cartoon eagle on throat.

3)Irish Pride Industries shipyard - On a metal table, inside the docked ship in the shipyard interior.
Provides: Radioactive skull on the character's forehead.

4)Vault 81 - On the lowest level of the atrium in the barber's shop.
Provides: Upside-down horseshoe, "bad luck" on the character's forehead.

5)Thicket Excavations - In the metal trailer caravan on the marble edge, south of the excavation area, close to two other trailers.
Provides: Anchor and stars on the character's forehead.
La Coiffe
La Coiffe is a misc magazine that provides 2 new haircuts for the female protagonist & 1 for the male protagonist. There is 2 mags to find.

1)Fallon's Department Store - In the upper floor octagonal room by the steamer trunk, west side of the building near the roof exit.
Provides: Megaton Hair (Women).

2)Charlestown Laundry - In a shopping basket on top of one of the washing machines. The location is southeast of Bunker Hill. The building has a Joe's Spuckie Billboard on top of it & it's right beside the river.
Provides: Hornet's Nest (Women) & Anchorage (Men).
Robco Fun
Robco Fun is a misc Magazine that provides only a game, no benefits. There is a total of 4 mags to find.

1)Museum of Freedom - In the chamber above the front doors, where Preston is holed up, on Sturges' desk.

2)Goodneighbor - In the Memory Den, in Amari's back room sitting on a cabinet in the distant corner.

3)Fort Hagen Command Centre - Adjacent to Kellogg's terminal under a table.

4)Valentine Detective Agency - On a desk, inside the Valentine’s Detective Agency located in Diamond City Market.

Note: There is a 5th Holotape game, but there is no magazine to go with it so I've left it out.
Note 2: These Mags can also respawn, possibly leading to duplicates, triplicates, etc.
Far Harbour - Islander's Almanac Magazines
The Islander's Almanac Magazines is a perk magazine which gives the Islander's Almanac Perk, this provides bonuses to help survive the hostilities of Far Harbour. There's 5 mags to be found.

1)Northwood Ridge Quarry - Inside the quarry's interior area, on a bedside table at the top of the indoor shack.
Perk: Take 5% less damage from Mirelurk melee attacks.

2)Brooke's Head Lighthouse - At the top of the lighthouse, on a small broken bookcase next to the cooking stove.
Perk: 5% higher VATS chance against animals the player is in combat with.

3)The Last Plank - On the table where Old Longfellow is sitting when first met.
Perk: Marks multiple Far Harbour locations on the map.

4)Acadia - On Dejen's counter next to a group of candles.
Perk: Receive 10% less damage from radiation-based attacks.

5)National Park Visitor's Centre - On the counter under a burnt trade magazine in the Gift shop. (Room to the right of the front entrance).
Perk: Unlocks sludge based recipes at chemistry stations.
Nuka-World - SCAV! Magazines
SCAV! Magazines are perk based magazines which have various bonuses. There is 5 to be found, each providing different perks under various names.

1)Galactic Zone - Behind Starport Nuka, on a brown crate near a campfire & sleeping mats, right next to an explosives box.
Perk: Villainous Virtuosity - Increases speech challenge success chance by 10%.

2)Nuka-World Junkyard - In a barn on the outskirts of the junkyard. On the top floor of the barn, sitting on a desk next to a safe & an attacking animatronic alien.
Perk: Bladed Bravado - Additional 25% Combat Knife & Switchblade damage.

3)Kiddie Kingdom, Fun House - From the room with the rotating bottles, head into the Hypno Halls & use the tunnel on the right. Once through that tunnel, turn left & take the tunnel straight ahead. It is on the floor next to a deceased raider's body.

Nuka-World - Nuka Cola Recipes
Nuka-Berry Recipe - Kiddie Kingdom / King Cola's Castle - Inside King Cola's Court, behind the stage in the right dressing room on a desk next to candles.

Nuka-Lixir Recipe - Kiddie Kingdom / Fun House - Top floor of the Fun House in the control room, next to the Fun House Control System terminal. The entrance is the door to a maintenance hallway just before you reach the chained door at the end.

Nuka-Bombdrop Recipe - Dry Rock Gulch / Mad Mulligan's Minecart Coaster - Outside Mad Mulligan's Minecart Coaster, it's to the left of the building on a Hot-dog stand between the Bandit Roundup stand & Mad Mulligan's Minecart Coaster.

Nuka-Sunrise Recipe - Dry Rock Gulch - At the Dry Rock Gulch theatre, in the south building behind a expert locked door. On a small table next to a bottle statue.

Nuka-Xtreme Recipe - Dry Rock Gulch - Climb up the theatre stands/seats & go up the ladder on the left side. There you will find the book on the table in front of a skeleton.

Nuka-Cide Recipe - Nuka-Town USA/ Cappy's Cafe - Walk to the back of the cafe to find the kitchen. After that turn right & it will be on the counter.

Nuka-Cooler Recipe - Galactic Zone - On a bookshelf in a Star Market vendor, first one on the left.

Nuka-Ray Recipe - Galactic Zone / RobCo Battlezone - Found in the gift shop below the stands on one of the middle shelves facing the register. It is possible for this recipe to be knocked off the shelf to the floor upon entry.

Nuka-Void Recipe - Galactic Zone / Starlight Interstellar Theatre - Inside Starlight Interstellar Theatre, take a right or a left to go into the viewing screen room, then head towards the concession counter on the right as you enter. It is possible for the recipe to be outside of the concession stand, usually near the right-side facing the entrance of the stand.

Nuka-Hearty Recipe - Safari Adventure - On the West side of the Safari Zone is The Jungle Journey Theatre. From the theatre entrance, go to the right, around to the shack behind the theatre. Enter it to find the book.

Nuka-Rush Recipe - Safari Adventure / Welcome Centre - In the centre of the Safari Zone, there is a Welcome Centre building. Walk inside, then immediately jump down to the first floor, where there is a ring of desks & terminals. On this ring of desks is the Nuka Rush Recipe which is next to Welcome Centre Terminal.

Nuka-Frutti Recipe - Hubologist's Camp - Inside the diner, 1st floor in a makeshift room on the left. It's on a dining booth table on the right.

Nuka-Love Recipe - Evan's Home - Given by Evan at his home, which is south of Nuka-Station.

Nuka-Power Recipe - Nuka-World Power Plant - On the far West side of the map, there is an area called the Nuka-World Power Plant. Enter it & near the very top of the building is the manager's office. You will know you've found the correct room as it has a pool table & some skeletons sitting at a desk. On that very desk is the recipe book.

Nuka-Punch Recipe - Inside the Grandchester Mystery Mansion - Take the tour, at the end you will find it on top of a dresser on the right.
Nuka-World - Star Cores
So, there is a total of 35 Star Cores hidden around Nuka-World. They can be found in the following places.

Six can be found at Vault-Tec: Among the Stars.
One in the Arcturus Prime display area guarded by protectrons, behind a locked door.
One in the living room, behind an Expert locked door.
One in a highly irradiated room accessible through the living room.
Three in the observation center adjacent to the main office, behind a Master locked door (a key is available, behind another locked door that also has a key).

Six can be found at RobCo Battlezone.
Two in the control room overlooking the arena. Behind the locked door in the seating area to the left of the entrance.
One in the souvenir shop underneath the seats, on a shelf.
One in the tunnels underneath the arena, on a console, guarded by a sentry bot.
Two in the arena. Entering the arena will release three waves of combat robots.

Four can be found at Starlight Interstellar Theater.
One in the men's restrooms directly left of the entrance, next to a body inside of a damaged wall section.
One through the kitchen to the right of the entrance, inside the walk in freezer.
One in the theater proper, on a console opposite the screen.
One in the control room on the upper level.

Seven can be found at Nuka-Galaxy.
One in the boarding area, behind a door on the right side a short distance down the tracks.
From the last room, follow the tracks to a large room with many large asteroids. On the opposite side are some stairs leading down. The door across this room leads into a corridor, halfway through which another core can be picked up from a console.
Down that corridor, and take the elevator to the left. Once in the basement, enter the next room through the opening left of the elevator and pick up the core from the console straight ahead.
Past the rocky environment, climb the long set of stairs behind the hidden door. Once back on the ride track, the core can be found on a console up some stairs directly to the left.
One in a console at the end of the ride near the disembarkation zone (opposite the mannequin wearing the Nuka-Girl rocketsuit), together with a key.
One in the office on the upper floor, accessible through a door that can be opened with the aforementioned key.
One in the small control room with some destroyed protectrons near the office.

Five are scattered around Starport Nuka.
One in front of the mainframe, next to a body.
One on the upper level above the mainframe, in a locked display case. The key is on a desk, next to the manager's terminal in the Employees Only Novice locked room nearby.
One on the ground level past the locked gate, next to a body near the dumpsters.
One on a console at the bottom of the long curved ramp known as the Spacewalk.
One on the Starport's top floor. This core can only be accessed once power has been restored to the park after completing Power Play or Open Season, or with jet pack equipped power armor.

Two are located in other parts of the Galactic Zone.
One in the Splashdown control shack directly right of the Nuka-Galaxy entrance.
One in the ArcJet G-Force, top of the high staircase.

Five are scattered throughout the whole Nuka-World park.
One in the Nuka-Town market, on a table to the left of Shelbie Chase.
One in the Nuka-Cade, on a weapons workbench in the employee area.
One in the Nuka-World junkyard, on the large barn's second level.
One in the Dry Rock Gulch, next to a cooler and two dead traders south of Doc Phosphate's Saloon.
One in the World of Refreshment, in the Nuka-Cola Quantum bottling area, next to a dead Gunner by a metal double door.
Conclusion

It would be helpful if for the bobbleheads and magazines with unique per-magazine effects (like Live & Love, Wasteland Survival Guide, Picket Fences, etc) it said what you gain from them
