The civic is an amazing concept, just overtuned
Quite frankly that alone made me try so many combinations, looking forward to have the origins back in play too
Because it extremely snowballs your unity in endgame to insane levels would i like to suggest my tweak
Starts with t1 tech giving 100% unity, and then drop by 0.2 for each tier after, with only 0.1 for rare and dangerous extra
Keeps it relevant all throughout without giving you a full tradition tree on researching a repeatable
