Description
To save the GTO's slipping sales, Pontiac introduced a new options package known as "The Judge" for the 1969 model run. It only helped temporarily, as the package was discontinued the following year. The GTO nameplate would be discontinued as a whole just 4 years later.

The name was a pop culture reference to “Here comes Da Judge", a recurring catchphrase on the 1960s TV show Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In.
