Navmesh not included. You can generate navmesh by typing nav_generate in console.
To play on map subscribe and type map workshop/2643579068 into console

I can't generate a navmesh on this map. Literally, I ran nav_generate twice, once with a manually-added nav seed, and neither times seem to have given me anything at all.
