Instead of asking I'm going to tell you straigh answer, you can use ANY of my mods on your server, as long as it's my mod added and not any kind of ripping, reuploading etc.

Nope, they are Commission for someone who bought them, if they would be craftable, they could lose their value rapidly on a lot of servers.
