but this playtthrough, my character cherrypicks what he installs and reinstalls.
he will do the front, aka engine lights battery etc...then..walk to the back and do the trunk,the lights there etc and just skip brakes,windows, suspension and everything else on the sides.

I have all the tools required, and basic/intermediate/advanced mechanics read. I can manually uninstall and reinstall just fine.
I have no other mods that have anything to do with cars, other than a mod that adds audio when uninstalling and installing parts.
I have the delay for reinstalling parts set to the max (20) as suggested in the mod description.
There is plenty of space around the car for pathfinding. And it can pathfind to uninstall all the lightbulbs just fine.
My mod options defaults to "100 threshold" and the server is defaulted to "0 threshold". If I understand this correctly, then it seems like an oversight for defaults not being the same?
