    ME1: Use Charm or Intimidate to resolve an impossible situation in the game


    You need to use a Paragon or Renegate option during an important argument. This can be achieve 2 time in the game

    - Against Wrex on Virmire (A least 8 points in charm or intimidate talents required)

    - Against Saren on the Citadel (Maximun charm or intimidate talents required)


    Completionist
    ME1: Complete the majority of the game


    This achievement sound hard, but its actually easy, you only need to do around 55-60% of the game, 100% is not necessary

    If you still want to do 100% of the game, I advice you to dowload something called ""ME1 Checklist"" on Nexusmods. This is not a mod, its a google sheets checklist that help you to do every quest/collectibles in the game

You need to complitely remove the enemy barrier (purple), if you have a low level power, shoot the barrier first before using warp


Tactician
ME2: Hit 20 different targets with multiple biotic powers to combine the effects


Simple, use 2 power on the same enemy target, but not a the same time :
  • --- Pull --- Jack - Jacob - Samara
  • --- Shockwave --- Jack
  • --- Slam --- Miranda
  • --- Throw --- Thane
  • --- Warp --- Miranda - Thane
If both power hit at the same time, the achievement will not trigger. Open the power menu, choose a power, close the menu, wait a bit (0.5-1 second), open the menu and choose another

You should get this achievement by doing the other power related achievement, if not yet, continue to use Throw/Pull/Shockwave

No One Left Behind
ME2: Keep your team alive through the suicide mission


Sounds hard, but actually really easy, first, you need to have all your crew loyal BEFORE going for the ""Acquire Reaper IFF"" mission.

After the mission, go speak with Legion and immediatly go for Legion loyalty mission. By doing this you avoid the death of the cerberus crew. After that you will be ready for the omega 4 relay

For the collector base, use this :



For the Endgame, every teammate equal a number of points, and you need an average of 2 to avoid casualties

Jack/Kasumi/Tali/Mordin are the weakest members, to avoid death :

----- Put Jack as the escort for the crew/DrChakwas (Or any other weak member)
----- Bring Mordin/Tali with you for the final fight (Or any other weak member)

Doing this will make your team strong with an average of 2,55 = Everyone survives

  • Grunt/Zaeed/Garrus ================= ( 4 x 3 )
  • Thane/Legion/Samara/Jacob/Miranda === ( 5 x 2 ) / 9 (number of crew holding)
  • Kasumi (Or any other weak member) ==== ( 1 )


Paramour II
Establish or rekindle a romantic relationship in two games in Mass Effect Legendary Edition

Insanity II
Complete two games in Mass Effect Legendary Edition on Insanity without changing difficulty

One of the hardest achievement to do, ME2 is the hardest game in the trilogy to do in insanity. I advice you to play as a
  • --- Sentinel - For the power "Tech Armor", which allow you to instantatly have full shield again

  • --- Infiltrator - For the power "Tactical Cloak" which allow you to move/retreat/have you shield back. Also, after getting Grunt loyalty, go to the laboratory, advanced trainning and take "Fortification", which allow you to instantatly have full shield again
Another important thing to know about ME2 is that enemy spawn by waves, sometime rushing is a good way to avoid a difficult room

Exemple here :
  • --- 00:00 - Normal way - Waves of Krogans, lasted for 6 minutes, out of ammo (10 Krogans spawned)
  • --- 01:05 - Rushing - Use AI as bait, run to the end of the room, use your defensive power when shield are down (fortification used in the video) then kill the last enemies (Only 2 Krogans spawned)
  • --- 02:02 - Normal way - Waves of Vorchas/Krogans, lasted for 5 minutes
  • --- 02:52 - Rushing - No Krogan or other pyros spawned
  • --- 03:46 - Rushing objective - Enemy disappear when objective is completed

    Last thing, ME2 Insanity have a game breaking bug, ammos may not spawn/drop from enemies sometime in some level, reload a save/autosave, or restart the game (No other solution available)

    And don't forget that you can shoot from behind a wall

The easiest way to do those 3 achievements is to start a new game as a Sentinel Shepard :
  • --- For the lift - Spawn Throw (Can also be done with Pull - Shockwave - Singularity if playing another class

  • --- For Overload - Use Overload anytime you see a shielded enemy, if you have a low level power, shoot the shield first before using overload

  • --- For the combo - Use Liara singularity and Shepard Throw, If worked, an biotic explosion should happen

Pyromaniac
ME3: Set 100 enemies on fire with powers


Start a new game as a Soldier or Vanguard Shepard ("action" is Soldier) and switch combat difficulty to narrative. After you reached the gunship radio with Anderson, equip the incendiary ammo power and shoot the enemy (you can kill then with melee to keep ammos). When you are out of ammo or when Joker arrive, load the quicksave and do it again


ME3 : Missable achievements
Last Resort
ME3: Stop an out-of-control scheme before it's too late


Complete the Citadel DLC ("Personal Apartment" in the Citadel - Available after "Priority: The Citadel II")

Fact Finder
ME3: Discover an enemy's monstrous origin


Complete the Leviathan DLC ("Dr. Bryson's Lab" in the Citadel - Available after "Priority: Palaven")

Savior
ME3: Free Omega from Cerberus Occupation


Complete the Omega DLC ("Dock 42" in the Citadel - Available after "Priority: Palaven")

Lost and Found
ME3: Dispatch 10 probes to retrieve people or resources in Reaper territory


Master and Commander
ME3: Deliver most of the Galaxy at War assets to the final conflict


Sound hard but easy to achieve, 2012 Mass Effect 3 needed 4.000 points, ME3:LE have every DLC included which make this achievement easier to unlock, even if you made many wrong decision. Short guide on important desicion to maximase war assets :

  • ----- If Thane is alive - Speak with him in Huerta Hospital BEFORE doing Priority: Tuchanka


  • ----- Krogans against Salarians

  • - If Wrex is alive - Cure the geneophage

  • - If Wrex is dead - Sabotage the geneophage (Yes, kill Mordin)


  • ----- Aralakh Company

  • - If you saved the Rachni queen (ME1) - Save her again

  • - If you killed the Rachni queen (ME1) - Let the fake queen die


  • ----- Quarians against Geths (If you can't achieve peace)

  • - If you choose to rewrite the heretics (ME2) - Save the Geths

  • - If you choose to destroy the heretics (ME2) - Save the Quarians


  • ----- Leviathan DLC (Dr. Bryson's Lab)

  • - Avoid using renegate interruption during the tracing scene - Dr. Ann Bryson (20 points)


  • ----- Omega DLC - General Oleg Petrovsky

  • - Save the general (30 Points in Alien forces)

  • - Kill the general (0 Points)

  • - If you completed "Omega: Assist the Hacker" - Killing the general still give you war assets (30 Points in Alliance first fleet)

Eye of the Hurricane
ME3: Kill a brute while it's charging you


If you have trouble with this achievement, switch to normal difficulty, give order to move far away to AI, shoot the brute to low life and wait for him to rush you

Always Prepared
ME3: Obtain two non-customizable suits of armor


Reckoner Knight Armor do no count for this achievement

If you don't like full set of armor, simply make a save, buy 2 armor, and reload your previous save after you unlocked the achievement to keep your credits

Mail Slot
ME3: Kill 10 guardians with headshots from the front while their shields are raised


Bruiser
Kill 100 enemies with melee attacks in Mass Effect 1, 2 or 3


Paramour III
Establish or rekindle a romantic relationship in all three games in Mass Effect Legendary Edition

ME3 is quite easy to do in insanity, teammate are strong, many weapon available, if you did both ME1 and ME2 just before, this should'nt be a challenge for you, I can only recommend you to use the Blood Pack Punisher SMG, available after "Priority: Palaven" in the Citadel, Elkoss Combine Arsenal Store terminal next to Barla Von, awesome gun

And don't forget that you can shoot from behind a wall



The One and Only
ME3: Defeat a group of Spectre-level opponents on Normal, Hardcore, or Insanity


The easiest way to do this achievement is to switch to narrative difficulty during the match, then right before killing the last enemy, switch back to the previous difficulty then end the match


Gunsmith
ME3: Upgrade any weapon to level 10


To be able to upgrade a weapon to lvl 10, you need a ME3 NG+
  • ----- List of quick salvage/quest for credits after "Priority: Palaven" :

Does NG+ work for the insanity trophy since it starts the game on the difficulty of the completed save which more than likely isn't insanity?

Regarding power related achievements in ME3 - at least the one with overloading shields works using your teammates. I just got it playing vanguard class and having Garrus and EDI in my team.

@Shinigami Miroku Side missions count too. I just unlocked one of those achievements while running around the Citadel at the very beginning of the game, doing side-quests there.

dOwOp, I just wrote about achievements in ProtonDB. It's about Linux, but I think the same applies to Windows too: install original Origin client and start the game from it. Achievements worked for ME1 but not for ME2/3. There may also be problems continuing the career from Steam ME1 to Origin ME2: I didn't get the bonuses (money, metals, bonus power, paragon/renegade points etc.).

Just a quick question - when the achievements ask you to complete 5 missions with a particular squadmate (for ME1), is it just looking at the main missions, or the side missions as well?
