Overview
Ever wanted to annoy people in online mode? To the point where they think your cheating and start acting toxic?
Continue reading below for the best tactics to use in GTAO.
Explosive Ammo
In the event of a sniper battle, some of the best things to do is to use a Heavy Mk2 Sniper with explosive rounds...
Be warned though, some people jump to conclusions and call you a cheater.
Avenger Tactic
If you're playing with friends, and you've got an avenger with multiple cannons, the Avenger Tactic is great enough to make many players Rage-Quit... Some will go into passive while others will just cry about it in chat.
It can be countered by a good jet pilot or a MK2.
It's a tactic with varied results.

Jets and Helicopters
There's a decent amount of choice in regards to Jets and Helicopters in GTA... Some of my personal favourites in regards to these are the P-996 Lazer, the Hydra Jump-Jet, Savage and the Akula.
Having these as Personal Vehicles and Pegasus Vehicles means you can have multiple aircraft out at once, making for quick switches if one is damaged, or allowing one of your pals to fly with you.
Oppressor MK2 / Toreador
The Oppressor MK2. The go to vehicle for anyone in GTA. Beats most OP things like the Khanjali Tank and Avenger with ease. However the MK2 has limited missiles so it's best to have the Terrorbyte out at the same time.
Also, a Toreador is useful for battles on ground, and in the water against the Kosatka.

RC Drones/Tanks/Banditos
So, most people don't use these that much, but RC Drones/Tanks/Banditos are actually rather nifty, cool gadgets, and can pocket you a few kills with not much risk to you. These can be targeted by an Orbital cannon, but you cannot be killed whilst in control of RC Tanks/Banditos (Not sure for Drones, someone from the comments confirm this theory for me). They can also take a few missile shots too, making it decent for a small firefight.
Off Radar / Ghost Organisation
Want to get an edge in battle, or want to get a sneak attack on someone?
Give Lester a call and go off the radar for a minute, or if you have a CEO, go into your Organisation quick menu and go Ghost.
Like everything else, people get annoyed with this tactic.
Kosatka Guided Missiles
Prefer to kill people from afar without spending all your cash?
The Kosatka's guided missiles will be helpful. However, they're slow to manoeuvre, and mostly ineffective against high speed jets and small scale targets like the MK2.
You can also make it difficult for any enemies you make, by placing the Kosatka near your Yacht and turning on Yacht Defences, making it very difficult to destroy.
Orbital Cannon's
Although highly expensive and one shot, it's perfect for annoying people, and especially great for ruining things that have clusters of people in, for example a car meet.
Tactical Retreats
Things getting a bit too dicey for you? Things a bit too hot to handle?
Tactical retreating by accepting a heist invitation from Lester can help out a lot.
Just make sure that you've got a heist like the Fleeca Job and The Bogdan Problem set-up so you can have your apartment and facility to fast-travel too.
People who don't know this tactic will accuse you of cheating, because they think that you're teleporting around.
Also owning a few apartments and garages around the map may also be helpful, as it can give you safe harbour almost everywhere.
Quick Retorts & Tallying
If someone is complaining in chat, nothing annoys them more than the obvious, that's where the tallying comes in. If you've killed them 10 times and died to them 0 times, simply respond "10-0 crying?". Repeat this non-stop for each kill you get, it works wonders. You can also take this a step further by retorting with some "Your mom" jokes, because who doesn't love a few of them?
How to improve
Are you struggling with any of the above tactics?
Maybe this other guide will help you out.

a few good things to add:
use chaffs on oppressor, noobs can't lock and they'll think you're cheating. you can also win about 99% of oppressor v oppressor duels with ease if you learn the range of it

buy garages evenly around the map so you can refill missiles and keep spamming without needing to spawn a terrorbyte

Bait people by flying to your yacht and activating defences, making noobs kill themselves when they hunt you. Afterwards you can just chill on deck in godmode and spam emotes while they try sniping you

When a tryhard kills themselves to avoid losing score/kd just type the score in chat and they'll get mad as hell. Alternatively just type a made up score and watch them rage

when you see a tryhard teleport into his facility, go to rc car and drive under a truck. You will survive the orbi shot and then you can laugh at them in chat. Rc cars are also very useful if you never want to have a fair fight on ground
