Deer Roe Zoo Entrance Sanctuary

HELLO!

I am so excited to finally publish this Starter zoo entrance! it has taken a long time to build and polish and perfect so i am really excited to see how people like it.

This is saved as a Zoo, not a blueprint. so you use it when you are going to be starting a new sandbox zoo. I have also used this in Franchise with a few tweaks, such as removing the spawners and a few staff facilities.

This features:

- An information center
- Just A Momento
- Toilets
- an ATM
- High amounts of security cameras
- Two fully decked out staff areas on either side of the entrance
- Power and water everywhere, you may want to assign a mechanic to this specific area before you start building to keep it efficient.
- Beautiful Scenery with a natural zoo entry feeling, and guests walk in instantly happy.
- Education boards are placed around so guests also have good education right off the bat!
- Everything is well lit so even at night you can see all the gardens and water features clearly

Please note, i also build on tropical so there are some hidden air conditioners around, if you turn off collision you can go under the map and remove them if need be.
