[RvB] - Caboose Voice Pack Remastered

Here is a remaster of the fantastic RvB Caboose VP made by Joku760, where I have increased the audio volume. As with the original mod, myself, many others and even Joku760 themself found the volume to be rather quiet. I originally created this 'remaster' for myself but thought others may be interested in this version.

This is the same VP for Caboose that Joku760 made in 2016. However the biggest complaint most people had was the VP was too quiet. So I have fixed the audio volume to be the same as the other VP's.

I have reached out to Joku760 and I have his permission for this version of his mod to be uploaded.

DISCLAIMER: WOTC COMPATIBLE
The WOTC SDK just wouldn't work for me for some reaon. I have no idea why but for some reason the VP just would not work and I had so many issues just getting it to build. So I had to use the vanilla XCOM 2 SDK in order to get the VP to work. The VP IS WOTC COMPATIBLE, however because I couldn't use the WOTC SDK, you won't be able to use the VP on WOTC units (Skirmishers, Reapers, Templars).

It's not an issue with the mod itself. The mod works, it's the vanilla launcher that is broken and causing some mods to not work. And the AML is just better to use. It and the game loads faster, and you can categorise and sort your mods. Making management much easier.

@Crazyguy775 Are you using the vanilla game launcher? If so it is currently broken and some mods don't work. Download the AML and use that. All mods work when using that launcher.

both this and doc dont work for me
