More Norse Melting Pots + DLC Fixes

Description
Adds a bunch of fixes to the More Norse Melting Pots by Average Cousin Enjoyer and to the way game handles Norse based cultures with the Northern Lords DLC.
Allows using Varangian Adventures, raising runestones, DLC dynasty legacies and new DLC events after creating new cultures (including Norman, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian)
New events that are added by Northern Lords DLCS are also enabled for Norse based cultures.

---

New cultures based on mod by Average Cousin Enjoyer.
He purposefully excluded the new cultures from having full access to nordic stuff like Varangian veterans.
That's why I created this mod and included his, Norman, Swedish, Danish and Norwegian in the new DLC content.

Cultures by Average Cousin Enjoyer
Adds 8 more Norse melting pot cultures (same mechanics as Norman)
These are:
- Írskr (Meath) - Irish
- Bretskr (Brittany) - Breton
- Valskr (Deheubarth) - Welsh
- Saxiskr (Holstein) - Saxon
- Nordic Galician (Galicia) - Galician
- Langbard (Tuscany) - Italian
- Anglo-Norse (Northumbria) - Anglo-Saxon
- Varangian (Kiev) - Russian

---

Compatible with Viking Fix - Randomised Northman Adventurer Targets & Adds Retargeting Cooldowns .
Should be compatible with mods that don't modify cultures | 00_cultural_maa_innovations | 01_fp1_innovations.txt | 00_fp1_major_decisions.txt 00_fp1_other_decisions.txt | 00_fp1_legacies.txt | 01_fp1_scripted_triggers.txt | fp1_yearly_events.txt | fp1_yearly_events_oltner.txt |

I always toyed with the idea that Norse in Spain would be called "Nordiberian". No historical basis, but it sounds good and was done by the Celts (Celtiberian).

Its not worth being updated anymore, considering the next DLC will do this already.

Could this be updated?

does this work without northern lords?

Great mod, really enjoying it. I do have one thing (sorry if it's nitpicking). The Russian Norse melting pot shouldn't be Varangian (frankly Russian shouldn't even be a culture present in either bookmark start date, but that's part of a larger discussion). Varangian is a term that refers to Scandinavian traders and mercenaries that were active in the area. Rus is a more fitting term for the melting pot culture.

When you play as Jarl Dyer in Kiev, when you select the "Adopt Varangian Ways" decision the culture does not change at all nor do you gain the innovations of the Russian culture. It just take your gold and prestige and nothing happens.

Any chance for an update for the Langbards before the dlc?

Yea for sure, I am super excited for the culture conversion as well, seems like a really elegant solution rather than having create cultures upon cultures on a list. But until then, this is next best thing.

interesting but it will probably become obsolete with the next DLC.

@Odisra Flyrunner

You installed the mod midgame didn't you? That's the cause.
