Description
Akira from Astral Chain joins Rivals!

You can command the Legion to perform any Strong Attack or Special Move remotely, as well as USpecial to Chain Jump to the Legion or DSpecial to electrify the chain and shock enemies who are touching it. Akira also has signature PlatinumGames combos, including a Jab/NAir which are both the same three-hit string.

@Eclipse : Or actually if its possible could I have permission to alter this mod to make him more balanced? I'd still give you credit for the work, Id just like to tone down things. Please friend me if you'd like to talk about it more

I really like the mod but its a bit too strong in its current form, was wanting to use it in a tournament, But Forward Air, and his forward strong are WAY too powerful, I've killed people with them around 50% each, f strong should be slower (projectile) speed

This character should be in the game officially. I have no idea what Astral Chain even is, but this is such an interesting and unique archetype for a character that I've never seen in a smash game,and in terms of how he actually plays as a character, it just works flawlessly.

Love this mod, crisp sprites, animations, and a very cool kit. But the character crashes my game randomly, could you give this a fix when you get a chance? Thank you dude, love your work
