McCaig's Tower

Also known as McCaig's Folly, McCaig's Tower is a landmark in Oban, Scotland. Two layers of arches form a ring around a park atop Battery Hill overlooking the town. It was commissioned by John Stuart McCaig, who oversaw the construction and served as his own architect between 1897 and 1902, when he died. McCaig planned for a tower to sit in the center of the ring, holding a museum and art gallery which would feature statues of himself and his family. The construction halted after his death.

In-game, this functions as a Unique Building with no unlock requirements, no power/water/sewage usage, and no noise pollution. The Park Life and Industry elements are just some decorations, including a Highland Cow spawner that I added for the sake of having Highland Cows in a Scottish build, despite there likely not being any nearby the real tower.
