Give Piety Decision (To Create a Religion)

Description
Give 10000 piety once to be able to create religion, while you could just use it once to gain 10000 piety to keep, it was made with the purpose of creating a religion at the start of the game without being a full cheat mod. It is a decision and only works for religions that do not need reformation and you can make branches from the start.

I didnt even wanna make a religion I just wanted to convert to waaqism and after getting the 10k I still needed 951 more

not a bother, thanks mate. i really do love this mod of yours. its one of mine and my friends go to mods so we can create our own religions without having to wait 40 years

I'll look into it, haven't messed with the new update yet but shouldn't be difficult to get this mod working I think.

welp. with the new update this mode finally no longer works. the decision no longer works and just does nothing

Updated for version 1.10. Again though, this should always work, you can ignore the out of date warning/message if it is there.
