Description
ARMENIA (TIRIDATES III)
Unique Trait: The Illumination of Tiridates
Your Capital converts to the first Religion founded and receives half their Holy City's Faith Per Turn whilst following it. Converting conquered cities to this Religion eliminates their occupied Unhappiness.

Unique Building: Vank
The Vank is the Armenian unique building replacing the Garden. The Vank contains a Writer Specialist slot. When this slot is filled, religious pressure for the first Religion founded is exerted over the city, slowly converting its population to that Religion each turn. Unlike the Garden, the Vank requires a nearby Mountain instead of a Lake or River. It also yields a small amount of Faith.

Unique Unit: Mamikonian
The Mamikonian is the unique Armenian replacement for the Great General. All Mounted Units that start their turn stacked with or adjacent to a Mamikonian receive the unique Nakhrar promotion. This promotion grants a 33% combat bonus when attacking cities and increases the amount of Gold earned from pillaging them. In addition to replacing the Great General, the Mamikonian also replaces the Great Prophet, allowing it to build Holy Sites or to spread Religion, though it cannot found its own.

So many angry turks here, that's hilarious. Conduct your political debates in the designated places, not in the mod's comments

Question: How is the Illumination of Tiridates III work if you're the one to found a religion first?
Mojave Neon 19 Feb, 2022 @ 7:54pm
I did a playthrough with them earlier today, and everything was working perfectly.

@JFD Awesome mod, but my capital doesn't convert once the first religion is founded. Is there something i did wrong?

@JFD Its a great mod! But the Illumination of Tiridates III doesn't work for me. Whenever someone founds a religion, my capital doesn't convert. Am I missing something?

Armenia was made of few states, all ruled over by one monarch. Sounds like an empire to me.

@KeiN At its greatest extent it stretched from the Caspian to the Mediterranean, that is definitely "empire" criteria, though it's obviously not rivaling some of its more famous neighbors. I'm not Armenian - at all, but I disagree with your opinion.

@KeiN Greater Armenia was an Empire. -_-
