Omschrijving
Hello again, this time I present to you a mod that aims at expanding a bit the random item generation of the game, in order to make the loot you can obtain a bit more exciting. To do so, I added a certain number of item modifiers to the game, some enriching categories that already existed, and some completely new.

The changes this mod brings can be divided in 4 parts:
- Additional LEGENDARY equipment modifiers. This includes an expanded pool of skills that can be granted by randomly generated equipment, as well as some other misc stuff.
- Additional NORMAL equipment modifiers. This is mostly expanded weapon damage type modifiers.
- A new CURSE equipment modifier category. Randomly generated equipment can now have curses on it! It can range from a significant decrease in elemental resistances to a permanent negative status, do your best to make a smart use of those, maybe even turning them to your advantage! Items with CURSE modifiers have additional positive modifiers to compensate for those. Around 1 item out of 20 of Uncommon rarity and higher will be generated with a CURSE modifier.
- A new BOON equipment modifier category. Randomly generated equipment can now have permanent positive statuses on it, give action points, or even grant talents! Around 1 out of 20 high-tier (Legendary and higher early in the game, Epic and higher later on) items will have a BOON on it replacing some of its other modifiers. Additionally, items with a CURSE modifier will have a 50% chance to also have a BOON modifier on them.

I recommend discovering the new modifiers as you play, but if you are really interested, here is an exhaustive list of all the changes[docs.google.com].

You can find two patches for the mod on the workshop:
- The No Curses Patch removes CURSE modifiers from the random item generation if you only want to benefit from the positive modifiers of this mod.
- The Higher Chance Patch doubles the chance to get both BOON and CURSE modifiers on your items.
(Note that those two patches are not compatible with each other)

This mod changes the ItemTypes table, so there will probably be conflicts with other mods touching to that. Specifically it seems to have a conflict with Fumihiko's rune slot enabling mod - I might do a compatibility patch someday but meanwhile you'll have to choose between getting boons / curses and having additional rune slots, depending on which one you put last in the mod order. Otherwise, it should be free to go with pretty much anything.

Have fun :) If you like it, you might also enjoy my other mods for gameplay diversity and balance. Feedback is welcome!

(just to be clear I've been testing the mod over and over, and I saw no behaviour of the kind, so it must have been environment-dependent :KiaraSad: hope it doesn't happen to other people)

that isn't the case. They still generate but only at like 1% rate.

Maybe another mod that changes the loot tables interferes with it?

I only started getting them once i added a 20 luck mod. which even then. i only got a single one that added +1 wisdom

It's very weird, are you sure it has been correctly installed? Special modifiers tend to start appearing pretty quickly, especially when you get access to shops, since you get to see way more items :KiaraSad:

can i get a patch for the mod that makes it 50% chance. Even after looting all of fort joy I didn't get any extra modifiers sadly. so i wanted to increase it further. but I had no clue how to do it.

@Dood!: Hey, thanks for the report! Unfortunately, there's not much I can do, it's a base game bug, there's just less ways to trigger it in the base game :/ sorry for the experience!

Wanted to report a small glitch. I was fortunate to spawn a pair of gloves with the Beast Master talent. Unfortunately, every time I used the respec mirror with a character wearing them, I gain an extra talent. I didn't notice until I had 8 talents and I'm kinda OP now =(

Fair. I've just been trying to find a mod that adds a permanent Bless status for so long as got hype when I saw this, lol. Oh well, you're probably right that it's op.

@Orieus602: I think my line of thought at the time was that the "blessed" status is pretty powerful and costs source points to be cast, as opposed to other spell effects added by the mod. I think I tried implementing it with as a side-effect a permanent max Source Point reduction to compensate, but the Source Point reduction effect didn't seem to work well in the engine.
