In this addon, you will see:

- 6 medicines for resuscitation
- 10 histological types of cancer. To diagnose the histological type, a biopsy under a microscope is needed.
- More than 70 diseases and about the same number of methods of their treatment.
- Blood tests with multiple parameters, urine tests with three parameters and smear for mycoses and parasitosis.
- Medical examination tools
- Diseases such as otitis media impair hearing, and diseases such as keratitis (Eye Disease) impair vision.

The addon makes it possible to diagnose and treat diseases, to set the chances of these diseases. The addon allows people to play as a doctor and is suitable for roleplaying. Addon conflicts with WIREMODE.

The abundance of diseases with an abundance of treatment was created for differential diagnosis, however, diseases can be divided into several main groups:
1. Self-healing diseases. Such diseases go away on their own, removing a small amount of health.
2. Chronic diseases. There are few such diseases, they remove several HP and remain with you forever, for example, a disease that impairs vision will be with you forever.
3. Severe illnesses. They require an integrated approach for treatment, taking several drugs at once or taking one drug at a certain interval.
4. Oncological diseases. To treat cancer, you need to find out the exact histology of the tumor, and then unravel the picture in the microscope that matches the description in the book, and then give chemotherapy.
5. Common diseases. These diseases do not go away on their own and are treated with one pill, they are easy to diagnose.

How does this addon work?
You can read information about diseases in medicine in the corresponding books

1. How do diseases work?
The player has a variable called Disease and it is constantly decreasing from 100 to 0. When the value is 0, a random is started: whether the person will be assigned a disease or not.
Further, there is a chance which disease will be assigned to a person. In the configs, the server coder can edit the order, for example, a runny nose will come across more often than flu, or with an equal chance.
In addition, there is the OncoDisease variable, which works in the same way with cancer.

2. How does the treatment work?
The books set the dose and time of admission, but it is partially incorrect. If a player is assigned a disease, then it moves from 99 to 0 at a certain speed, taking pills tries to return the disease to 100.
At a value of 100, the disease does not work, that is, it passes. If it is instructed to take the drug every, for example, 25 seconds and only 4 times, this is based on the calculation that each drug restores 25 units of the disease.
To recover, you need 100. That is, you need to take the drug in very large quantities, and not 4 times, have it and make an accurate diagnosis.

3. How does multiple treatment drugs work at once?
For example, sotalol and benazepril should be taken to treat hypertension, but this is only needed when the hypertension variable is zero. You can treat a patient with one drug.
Two drugs are given for fun :) In general, the server founder can establish the server's economy and two drugs will make sense.

4. How does a microscope work?
After placing the analyzes into it, you have 10 to 30 seconds to rewrite them, then they disappear. There is a notebook for this.

5. How does a biopsy work?
Press LMB on the player, the tool disappears. Go to the microscope and press "USE"

6. How do blood, urine, parasite and fungal swabs work?
The player presses E on these objects after freezing him - the doctor puts these objects into the microscope.

7. How do toxins work?
Each drug (except Prednisone) gives a certain level of toxins to the body; they are excreted by the appropriate pills (Read the Toxicology textbook)
Toxins cause damage and are constantly eliminated from the body.

8. How do the inspection tools work for the book?
In order to use the tools of medical examinations you need to press "USE" on a book of a certain level. For example, Book C will give you the right to look with a spatula.
But you won't be able to do a physical exam using an otoscope. For a medical examination, you need to stand up to the patient and press LMB, wait from 2 to 20 seconds.
