EMD GP7 - Atlantic Coast Line

Description
This mod adds 2 versions of the Atlantic Coast Line EMD GP7 to the game.
These are repaints of the generic EMD GP9 available in-game.

Versions / Availability:
  • 1950-1957 Purple, silver & yellow scheme.
  • 1957-1967 Black & yellow scheme.

The Atlantic Coast Line (ACL) was a railroad operating in the southeastern United States, with a concentration in Florida. It operated from 1900 to 1967, at which time it merged with long-time rival Seaboard Air Line Railroad to become Seaboard Coast Line.

ACL purchased many EMD GP7's in 1950 and 1951, which were delivered in an EMD designed purple, silver and yellow paint scheme. Though eye catching, the new paint scheme wasn't to last. Switchers and freight units would eventually be repainted black and yellow, a paint scheme that would last until the 1967 merger.

Well technically saying it operated from 1900 is true, but according to this encyclopedia, it says

though predecessor railroads had used the ACL brand since 1871.
that used on the Wilmington, Columbia, & Augusta Railroad, so although it didn't become a railroad until 1900, it was referenced 29 years earlier (facts)

Rlly Like the color on these but I am from west coast so I have no idea where this railroad even comes from.

@Epitome Of Excellence - No, I probably should have, but for now I just do it for the enjoyment it brings. For me the game gets a bit bland without all the goodies created by the modding community.
