Bifrost - Strong trade wonder

The Bifrost greatly increases the amount of trade routes and significantly boosts their strength.

Update: Nerfed the gold from trade making the mod more usable in regular games, additioanlly the wonder now gives your combat units the "Bifrost" promotion which increases the mobility of the unit.

The promotion makes the unit ignore terrain costs and acts like the woodsman, altitude training and amphibious promotion in one, it also increases the vision by one and gives the unit +2 movements per turn.

The wonder iteself gives you 100 trade route slots, +5 gold on every trade route sent to the city and +1 to the sender, provides +5 happiness, 3 great merchant points, 3 votes in the world congress, 2% production per city state trade route, increased distance for trade routes (should be global), +5 gold on both land and sea routes, 100% gold on city connections (Machu Picchu effect). It also produces 10 gold and 4 faith a turn and increases the gold generation by 25% overall.
