Improved Generic Focus Tree

A mod that improves the generic focus tree. Adds to each part of the tree, especially the political part, whilst adding a foreign policy/neutrality part of the tree. A brief description of the changes are as follows:

Military
######

- Focus on Support Equipment: focuses that provide research bonuses for support equipment.
- War College: a spirit to make new generals cheaper and better.
- Choose a Doctrine: bonuses towards a given doctrine, as well as other bonuses that correspond to that doctrine.
- Army Primacy: boost your army capacity. Exclusive with naval and air force primacy.

Air Force
#######

- Radar & Scout planes: Bonuses to RADAR and Scout Plane research. Without LaR, provides fighters instead (since it had to add something).
- Cheap / Quality Plane Production: Choose between cheaper planes or more effective ones.
- Air Force Primacy: boost your air capacity. Exclusive with army and navy primacy.

Navy

- Coastal Defence / Foreign Shipbuilders: Choose between easier coastal forts or better ship production.
- Air Force Primacy: boost your naval capacity. Exclusive with army and air force primacy.

Industry

- Urbanity: Reap the benefits of focusing on urban development.
- Rurality: Enjoy the upside of developing the countryside.

Political
#######

- Communism: A whole host of new focuses, as well as choosing which doctrine of communism your leader will chose to follow.
- Fascism: Some shared focuses with the communists, whilst allowing you to choose how closely you stick to your ideology.
- Democracy: Choose between a conservative or liberal government and oppose the world's authoritarians.
- Neutrality: Either embrace authoritarianism or relax it, leading your non-aligned country down one of a few paths.

Anarchism

- Fight a civil war in order for anarchism to flourish.
- Pick between an Anarchist Commune or a Regional Defense councils, each with different benefits and negatives.

Foreign Affairs
############

- Intervene in wars: Gain easier access to sending volunteers in war.
- Send diplomats: Send some diplomats to major nations, as a means of getting closer to them.
- Neutrality: Neutrality now offers many benefits, including new methods to profit off war.
- War Profiteering: New decision system that enables you to sell guns, medicine and cars in return for economic benefits.
